Booking and Payment

To book a photography session with Alyce Eden, you must sign a contract and pay a deposit of [insert deposit amount here] to secure your session date and time. The deposit is non-refundable.

The remaining balance is due on the day of the photography session. We accept cash, cheque, or credit card. If you choose to pay by cheque, please make it payable to Alyce Eden.

Cancellations and Rescheduling

If you need to cancel or reschedule your photography session, please contact us as soon as possible. We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.

If you cancel your session less than [insert cancellation notice period, e.g. 24 hours] before the scheduled time, you will forfeit your deposit. If you need to reschedule your session, we will work with you to find a new date and time that works for both parties.

Copyright and Use of Images

 

All images taken by Alyce Eden are the property of Alyce Eden and are protected by Australian and international copyright laws. The images may not be reproduced, altered, or used for any commercial purpose without our written permission.

You may use the images for personal use only, such as sharing them with family and friends or displaying them in your home. You may not sell the images or use them for any commercial purpose without our written permission.

We reserve the right to use the images for marketing and promotional purposes, including displaying them on our website, social media accounts, and in printed materials. However, we will only use your images for marketing purposes with your explicit consent.

Limitation of Liability

 

Alyce Eden is not responsible for any loss or damage to personal property or injury that may occur during the photography session. By booking a session with us, you agree to hold us harmless from any and all claims arising out of your session.

In the event that Alyce Eden is unable to provide photography services due to unforeseen circumstances, such as illness or injury, we will make every effort to provide a suitable replacement. If a suitable replacement cannot be found, we will refund your deposit in full.

Governing Law These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Nsw. Any disputes arising out of these Terms and Conditions shall be resolved in accordance with the laws of the state of Nsw.

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time to reflect changes in our business practices or legal obligations. We will post any changes to these Terms and Conditions on our website and, if the changes are significant, we will notify you by email or by posting a notice on our website.
